[opencms-dev] create a category for an item

Hello Kareem,

you can either add categories to the systems category folder
(/system/categories/ in vfs) or create your own decentralized category container
on your site. The decentralized container must be named _categories and can be
placed anywhere on your site.
Each category and subcategory is represented by a folder. The readable category
name would be the property "Title" of that folder. You can examine the handling
of categorys in the alkacon template two demo.
