I found in the control code that OpenCMS inserts a %(link0) in this
place and link0 is this:

<link name="link0" internal="true" type="A">

When I delete this %(link0) and insert the absolute url in the
controlcode, OpenCMS automatically generates a new
<link name="link0"...
after saving the code.
